ProMedia Heritage 2.1 - Factory Reset

Below, you will find the steps on how to successfully reset the ProMedia Heritage 2.1 back to factory settings. 

NOTE: This will also reset the Bluetooth pairing history, so you will need to forget the "PMH2.1" from your source device's Bluetooth history and search for it again.

Factory Reset

Begin by making sure the PMH2.1 power switch is set to the "ON" position. Once you see the LED on the front of the subwoofer, press and hold the "Volume" knob on the back of the sub for 10 seconds, or until you see the LED flashing on the front of the subwoofer.

NOTE: The LED should flash red, green, white and blue, indicating that the reset was successful.
