T5 II True Wireless ANC - Standard Controls
In this article, you will find a breakdown of the controls and functions for the T5 II True Wireless ANC.
- Transparency/ANC Mode - To toggle through the Transparency and ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) modes, single press the button on the LEFT earphone. Upon each press, you will hear a voice prompt say "Noise Cancelling", "Transparency Mode On" or "Transparency Mode Off" to advise which mode the earphones are currently in.
- Note: Transparency Mode allows the built-in microphones to take in some of the audio from your surroundings. This can help with your awareness of your surroundings while listening to music, or while on a call.
- Note: Active Noise Cancellation works to block outside/environment noise so that you can enjoy a fully isolated audio experience.
- Play/Pause Music - To play or pause the music/audio you are listening to, single press the button on the RIGHT earphone.
- Activate Voice Control - Press and hold the button on the RIGHT earphone to activate your device's Voice Control assistant (Siri, Google, Cortana etc.).
- Raise Volume - Double press the button on the LEFT earphone to increase volume
- Lower Volume - Triple press the button on the LEFT earphone to decrease volume
- Next Song - Double press the button on the RIGHT earphone to move to the next song/track
- Previous Song - Triple press the button on the RIGHT earphone to play the track again, or move to the previous track
- Answer Call - Single press the button on the RIGHT earphone to answer an incoming call
- Hang Up - While on a call, single press and hold the button on the RIGHT earphone for one second to hang up
- Answer Another Call - While on a call and receiving an additional incoming call, single press the button on the RIGHT earphone to pause the current call and answer the additional incoming call
- Mute Microphone - While on a call, single press the button on the RIGHT earphone to mute the microphone
- Switch Between Active Calls - While on more than one call, double press the button on the RIGHT earphone to switch between the calls.
