Flexus Core 300 - Missing Dirac Room Correction Filters
This article addresses why previously created Dirac room correction filters for the Flexus Core 300 may be missing or unavailable within the application.
Please Note: Dirac room correction filters are strictly mapped to the exact hardware configuration present during the initial room calibration.
When generating a Dirac room correction filter, the software measures and calibrates the audio output based on the specific peripheral units connected to the soundbar at that time. If the system's hardware configuration changes, the previously generated filters will no longer appear as selectable options.
To ensure your Dirac filters remain accessible in the app, the following conditions apply:
- The exact peripheral units (e.g., Flexus Sub 100, Flexus Sub 200, Flexus Surr 100, or Flexus Surr 200) that were paired during the filter creation must be currently connected and active.
- If an originally calibrated peripheral unit is disconnected, unpaired, or loses power, any filter dependent on that specific unit will be hidden from the app interface.
- If a new peripheral unit is added to the system after an initial calibration, a new Dirac calibration must be executed to create a valid filter for the updated hardware footprint.
If you are unable to locate your saved filters, verify that all peripheral units used during the original calibration are properly powered on, paired, and connected to the Flexus Core 300.
