Flexus 100/200/300 - Wireless Subwoofer/surrounds connectivity troubleshooting
If you are having issues with wireless subwoofer or surrounds staying connected consistently try the steps below.
- Move devices with strong wireless function away from the bar/sub/surrounds and on a different power outlet.
- Reset the connection between the bar and wireless peripherals - press and hold the "pair" button on the back of the soundbar for 10-15 seconds with the dongle attached. Then follow the reconnection process to reconnect the sub/surrounds. - Flexus 100/200 - Pairing Flexus Sub, Flexus 100/200 - Pairing Flexus Surrounds
