Flexus 300 - How to send advanced logs through the Connect Plus app.
- Make sure you have the latest version of the Connect plus app (ver 2.3.6 or above)
- Launch the Connect Plus app and select Flexus 300 sound bar from the main screen.
- Select - Settings
- Enable - Advanced Logging
- At this stage you will want to reproduce the issue that is being troubleshot so the advanced log can be captured.
Following steps will assist in sending the logs to the Klipsch support team.
- Follow the steps above to access Flexus 300 settings menu and select - Product Information.
- There you will see your sound bars firmware details, press the "Send to customer support" button
- The app will provide you a code that will make it easier to find the logs in our system. Please share it with your product support agent. Press okay to send the log files.
- Once in the message screen, scroll down to make sure there are 3 files included.
- Press the Blue up arrow in the top right corner of the screen to send the email.
