Flexus 300 - Bluetooth/remote not working

If Bluetooth is not working and the remote is not controlling your Flexus sound bar. 

Try unplugging the bar from power for 2 minutes.

If this doesn't help -

• Make sure the remote has fresh batteries.
• Try the reconnect process - 
  • Make sure the Flexus bar is on
  • Press and hold the Bluetooth and Power buttons together (press the Bluetooth button first). 
  • 
  • The remote backlight will blink confirming connection. 

If this doesn't connect the remote, try the process below. 

1. Hold the BT and Power buttons on the remote until the remote's backlight begins flashing
2. Hold the bar's source button for 10-15 seconds until the bar reads out "BT Devices Cleared"
3. The remote should no longer be flashing and will be connected to the bar.
