The Fives - I updated the speakers and still not able to connect to the Connect app.
The Fives require a 2 step update in order to be able to connect to the Connect app. The Fives - Klipsch The Fives Updater App - Two Step Process
- Most commonly the issue with the app connectivity is due to the USB firmware not loading in. Try using a different USB drive for the update. Make sure it is 32 gb or less and formatted to FAT 32. Here is the update - The Fives - USB Firmware Update (Step 1)
- During the update the lights on top should flash one after another as a progress bar - this indicates the update is installing correctly, watch out for those, the update installs quickly.

If you are still not able to connect after installing the updates.
- Make sure you are using the Connect, not Connect Plus app.
- Reset the speakers to factory The Fives - Factory Reset and forget them from your devices and reconnect fresh via Bluetooth and then try connect to the app again.
- Delete and Re-install the Connect app.
