Flexus 100/200 - FAQ and common troubleshooting
I am unable to connect the bar to the Klipsch Connect app.

I purchased the bar, surrounds and the subwoofer. Both surrounds and the subwoofer came with a USB transmitter dongle, which dongle do I use?
- You can use either dongle. The bar only has one USB slot for the Surround/SUB transmitter. The transmitter comes pre-paired to the surrounds/sub that it comes with. Will the Flexus bar support DTS?
- No, Flexus bars support - Dolby formats including Atmos and Dolby HD. PCM and LPCM.
Can Flexus Surrounds work with other sound bar systems like Cinema systems?
- No, Flexus Surrounds will only work with Flexus bars.
Can Flexus Subwoofer work with other systems?
- We recommend using this sub with Flexus systems only as the subwoofer is designed to perfectly compliment them. The sub does have an analog RCA input and can technically work with a different audio source other than a flexus system but only wired. Wireless operation is limited to Flexus systems only.
