Flexus 100/200 - Bluetooth not working/Remote Isn’t Responding
If Bluetooth is not working and the remote is not controlling your Flexus sound bar.
Try unplugging the bar from power for 2 minutes.
If this doesn't help -
- Make sure the remote has fresh batteries.
- Try the reconnect process -
- Make sure the Flexus bar is on
- Press and hold the Bluetooth and Power buttons together (press the Bluetooth button first).
- The remote backlight will blink confirming connection.
If this doesn't connect the remote, try the process below.
1. On the sound bar, select the BT by pressing the source button.
2. Press and hold the source button on the sound bar for 10-15 seconds until you see the message "BT Devices Cleared."
3, Simultaneously press and hold the Bluetooth and Power buttons on the remote control.
