Cinema 600 - Dialogue Mode Selection
If you are having difficulty hearing or discerning dialog within the material that you are listening to, the Cinema 600 has a built-in "Dialog Mode" that will boost the presence of the vocals/dialog.
- To select the dialog mode, press the DIALOG button on the remote to cycle through the 3 available modes.
- Pressing the dialog button once on the remote enables dialog mode. Three white volume LED’s light up to indicate this mode is selected.
- The vocal frequency range is increased by 2dB and the overall center channel volume is increased by 3dB.
- Pressing the dialog on the remote a second time enables dialog mode 2. Six white volume LED’s light up to indicate this mode is selected.
- The vocal frequency range is increased by an additional 2dB, totaling to a 4dB increase, and the overall center channel volume is raised by an additional 3dB, totaling in a 6dB increase.
- Pressing the dialog button on the remote a third time enables dialog mode 3. Nine white volume LED’s light up to indicate this mode is selected.
- The vocal frequency range is increased by an additional 2dB, now totaling to a 6dB increase, and the overall center channel volume is raised by an additional 3dB, totaling in a 9dB increase.
- Pressing the dialog button on the remote a fourth time disables dialog mode and the sound bar returns to the default dialog settings.
