T5 True Wireless - Connection Seems Unstable Between my Device and Earphones
Note: In very open environments with no reflections (walls/buildings/ceilings), a wireless connection can be very sensitive to dropping out. Combine this with a congested interference environment and all Bluetooth devices can struggle, especially during phone calls.
The Klipsch T5 True Wireless uses the most advanced Bluetooth 5 wireless technology to ensure you get the enhanced range and improved connectivity between the primary and secondary earphones. Additionally, this technology supports aptX and AAC, for the highest resolution audio.
Here are some tips to ensure optimal connectivity:
- The earphones’ design is incredibly versatile and may be rotated 360° while placed in your ear, allowing you the freedom to position them for the best connectivity.
- Carry or place your device on the same side of your body as the Primary earphone.
- Ensure the antenna of your device is pointing toward the earphones.
- Avoid physically blocking your device’s visibility from your earphones with an object (i.e., wallet or purse).
If the connection between the earphones and Bluetooth device keeps dropping, you will want to try a factory reset.
If you find that the connection between the Left and Right earphone keeps dropping, you will want to try a re-sync.
