T5 True Wireless - Factory Reset

Please see below for step by step instructions on how to reset your earphones back to factory default settings.

1. Long press the left, or right, earphone for 8 seconds while powered on and out of the case
2. Once done successfully, you will hear a voice prompt advise "earphones are reset" in both earphones
   
   • Note: You will have to forget the earphones from your device’s Bluetooth history and pair to the earphones again after completing this step
3. Place the earphones back in the case
4. Earphones have now been fully reset and are ready to pair to your device
