T5 True Wireless - Earphones Stay Powered On While in Case

If your earphones are staying connected and powered on while in the case, then the case may be out of battery. If the case has a completely depleted battery, then it will not be able to turn the earphones off upon placing them in the case.

To turn them off manually:

• Press and hold the button on each earphone for 4 seconds while not playing music nor on a call. You will hear a tone and then two drumbeats to indicate it has powered off.

OR

• With the earphones in the case, plug the case in to charge it using the included charge cable

Please also note that some of the large-sized eartips may cause the earphone to sit awkwardly in the case and prevent making a full connection with the charging pins. Ensure the earphone is sitting securely in the charging port of the case if using large-sized eartips.
