Cinema 1200 - Surround Reset

To reset the wireless surrounds on the Cinema 1200 5.1.4 Dolby Atmos Soundbar and Surround combo, follow the steps below.

Note: The Cinema 1200 remote is required in order to reset the wireless surrounds.

1. Make sure your Cinema 1200 soundbar is powered on, and the included surround speakers are also plugged into the wall. 

2. Pointing the included Cinema 1200 remote control at the bar, press and hold the "((SUR))" button for 3+ seconds (button shown below).

3. If successful, you will see the words "SURR RST" displayed on the soundbar. This will reset all previously known surround pairings.

After resetting the surround speakers, you may need to manually pair them to the bar again. To do so, follow the steps outlined in this article - Cinema 1200 - Manual Surround Pairing

If you are still experiencing connection issues with your surround speakers, it may also be your environment. Make sure your wireless router is not near or in between the bar and the surround speakers. This has been known to cause interference.
