Incorrect Tracking Info?

If you recently placed an order and you're getting an error or if the tracking number isn't working, please allow FedEx up to 24 hours to update the information on their site to obtain accurate tracking information and ETA's.  You can also try looking up the tracking number directly with Fedex or into a Google search.

If you ordered a larger item, it may be shipping with Old Dominion Freight Company.  Please check your tracking number on their website to see if they are delivering your order.  If they are, they will reach out to you to schedule an in-person delivery.  These types of deliveries will require signature.

Orders placed after 1 P.M. EST may ship the following day. Klipsch does not ship Saturday and Sunday.
