Credit Preauthorization for Orders

Once an order is successfully submitted, a preauthorization charge will be placed on the card that was used for the order.

A preauthorization is a temporary hold on funds that lasts around 5 days. Unlike an actual transaction, no funds are moving; it simply puts an official hold on those funds until the product ships.  Funds will then be taken from your card when the products ship out from our warehouse.

What if your order is backordered?

• Any backordered items will not be charged for until they ship out from our warehouse

What if the order is canceled?

• Any cancelled items will not be charged for; the pre-authorization charge will drop off the card in about 5 days
