Klipsch Control (PC) - Finding App Version

You can now check the version of your Control app to ensure that the app is up to date (and if necessary, provide this information to Klipsch Product Support). 

The most up to date version of the Control App is Version 1.11.0.  

The best way to ensure that your Klipsch Control app is up to date is by downloading the newest version of the Klipsch Control app, which you can do here: https://connectappdocs.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/Applications/KlipschControl/prod/KlipschControl-win-Setup.exe

To find out which version of the Klipsch Control app you have installed on your PC:

1. Begin by opening the Klipsch Control App. The app should direct you to the Home Screen (shown below). 

If you do not see the Home Screen of the app (image below), begin by tapping the Home Button to open the main page of the app (circled in red).

2. On the very bottom left of the home screen page of the app, you'll see a gear icon (App Settings).  Click the gear icon (App Settings) icon to open the App Settings page.

3. Scroll all the way down on the App Settings page until you see the App Update section.  Underneath this section, you'll find the App Version.  

In this case, the App Version is 1.11.0.

You may check for updates here as well, via the "Check for Update" button.  

Note: if you experience any issues updating your app to the most current version, it is recommended to perform a fresh re-installation of the Control App.  You can re-download the Control app here: https://connectappdocs.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/Applications/KlipschControl/prod/KlipschControl-win-Setup.exe
