The Nines II - Dirac Setup

Open up the Connect Plus app, select the Nines II and Press the gear icon in the Dirac Live section.

Note - It is important to eliminate any possible sources of noise during the calibration process. We recommend that you turn off ac/heat, fans, refrigerator for the duration of the process, it should only take a couple minutes.  

Press New Filter to create a new Dirac profile 

Connect the supplied calibration microphone to the back of the speaker. 

The Nines II comes with a limited Dirac Live license, for the full version of Dirac live please visit https://www.dirac.com/ 

 
Begin calibration process following the app prompts. 
Make sure the noise is minimized during this process.  
 

 

Follow the same steps for other positions

Once the measurement is complete in 3 positions you will see this message below.

Name your preset, you can save several presets. 

Disconnect the calibration microphone (having the calibration mic connected will mute the speakers) 

Calibration process is completed, you can now select the preferred Dirac profile in the Connect app plus!
