KC5 II True Wireless - Earbud Not Charging
My earbud no longer charges?
Why don't I see the red LED while the earbud is in the case?
One earbud non-responsive, what can I do?
The KC5 II True wireless earbuds should come with a charging case. This charging case has two pins that connect to each earbud to charge them while in the case. If one or both of your earbuds are not charging in the case, try these troubleshooting steps.
Clean the Earbuds and Case
The case charges the earbuds using the two metal pins where the earbuds rest in the case. Check out this article to ensure the pins and connectors are clear of debris/oils and are making a solid connection -

Remove Eartips and Ear-wings
Larger eartips and ear-wings (as well as foam tips) have been known in some cases to make the True Wireless headphone sit crooked into the case, inhibiting the charging pins from touching. Remove the eartips and ear-wings before placing the earbuds into the case to ensure the earbud can make a solid connection and charge properly.
Give the Earbuds Time to Charge
Once the earbuds successfully begin to charge, you will see a red LED emitted from each earbud. This light will turn off after about 30-60 seconds of sitting in the case, however, the buds are still charging. If fully drained, the buds should take about ~2 hours to fully charge.
NOTE: You can check the actual battery percentage within the Klipsch Connect app
Let the Earbuds Fully Discharge
It is possible that the earbud is bricked, but still has a bit of charge left inside. To fully discharge the battery, remove the earbud from the case and leave it out for ~48 hours. After waiting this time, place the earbud back into the case to see if it begins charging again.
