Cinema 800 - Pairing the Surround 3's

To pair the optional Surround 3 wireless surround speakers to the Cinema 800, please follow the steps below.

1. Plug in the USB transmitter that comes included with the Surround 3's into the side of the sound bar
   • Note: You will need to remove the endcap on the right side of the sound bar to reveal where you will plug in the USB transmitter. To remove the endcap, simply pull it off. The USB plug-in port will be directly below where it says 'SURROUND PAIR'.
2. Hold the "PAIR" button on the Surround 3 for three seconds
   • Note: the status light on the back of the Surround 3 should be blinking quickly, indicating it is in pairing mode
     
3. Go back to the right endcap of the Cinema 800 (where you plugged the USB transmitter in), then push and hold the "SURROUND PAIR" button for three seconds
   • Note: the status light on the back of the Surround 3 should be solid, indicating it has successfully paired. Continue holding past 3 seconds if it does not immediately pair; hold until you see the surround LED turn solid.
