T4 True Wireless - Factory Reset

If you're experiencing any audio or pairing issues with your T4 True Wireless earphones, a factory reset would be recommended. Please follow the steps below to perform a full reset to bring the earphones back to default factory settings.

1. Long press the left, or right, earphone for 8 seconds while powered on and out of the case
   
   • Note: You will have to forget the earphones from your device’s Bluetooth history and pair to the earphones again after completing this step
2. Place the earphones back in the case
3. Earphones have now been fully reset and are ready to pair to your device
