Please follow the steps below if your earphones have become disconnected from each other.
Note: Please ensure the case is not fully depleted of charge power when re-syncing the earphones
- Place the earphones into the charging case
- Wait 3 seconds
- Remove the earphones from the charging case
- The connection between the left and right earphones should automatically re-establish and connect to each other
