S1 True Wireless - How to Reset, Re-sync and Re-pair

Here is additional assistance on resetting, re-syncing and pairing your S1 True Wireless headphones.

1. Disconnect and erase the earphones from your device's Bluetooth memory
2. Ensure that the earphones are powered off
   
   • If the status lights are on, manually turn them off by pressing and holding the touch sensor on each earphone for 3 seconds
3. Once powered down, press 8 seconds to reset
   • The light will blink a slight purple/lavender to confirm the earphones have been reset
4. Once reset, place the earbuds back in the case to sync them back to each other
5. Take the earphones out of the case and the right earphone should blink, indicating pairing mode
6. Tap on "S1 True Wireless" within your device's Bluetooth list to pair
