RSB-11 - Factory Reset

If your sound bar needs a factory reset, please see below for instructions. This factory reset will completely reset your sound bar back to factory default settings. It will also clear out the pairing and programming memory of the Bluetooth network and IR sensor, respectively.

1. Press and hold the [volume down] and [volume up] buttons at the same time until lights go out
2. The sound bar is now reset back to factory defaults
   

If you find that your bar is connected via HDMI and you are not able to get any sound out of the TV source, please see our article - RSB Sound Bar Has No Sound When Connected via HDMI (Troubleshooting). You may need to enable to enable the CEC functionality on the sound bar's end.
