RSB-11 - Firmware Update

Instructions

1. Download the latest firmware update file by going to klipsch.com/firmware and choose RSB-11 from the "AVAILABLE FIRMWARE UPDATES" drop-down menu

2. Look for the serial number range for your sound bar's serial number (found on the back of the sound bar or subwoofer)

3. Download and save the file folder to your desktop

4. Unzip the file folder and move the rsb11.hex and csr11b.ybin files to an empty USB flash drive that is formatted to FAT32 and is 8GB or less in size

5. Unplug the power cord from the sound bar

6. Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port on the back of the sound bar

7. Press and hold the Volume Up key on the sound bar while plugging the sound bar's power cord into power

8. Once the Dolby Digital LED is lit, let go of the Volume Up key

9. As the update progresses, the ((SUR)) > Dialog > Night LEDs will light up

10. The bar will restart and begin the second part of the firmware update

11. The Digital LED will light up indicating the second part of the firmware update has started

12. As the update progresses, the HDMI 1 > HDMI 2 > HDMI 3 > TV LEDs will light up

13. Once the update has completed, the LEDs on the bar will shut off

14. Unplug the power cable from the sound bar

15. Unplug the USB flash drive from the back of the sound bar

16. Plug the power cable into the sound bar and power the sound bar on
