The Fives II - Connecting a Subwoofer

The Fives II have a single RCA subwoofer output connection. This will allow you to connect any active(powered) subwoofer to the Fives II to extend their low end response. 

Connect your subwoofer to the back of the Fives II using a good quality shielded RCA-RCA cable. 

Note: If your subwoofer has two RCA inputs, you will only need to connect to one of them. There is no benefit to using a Y cable in this scenario either. 

We recommend using a good quality shielded cable and running that cable away from power and data wires to avoid any noise/hum.
