Heritage Groove - Factory Reset

Performing a factory reset on the Heritage Groove will clear out the Bluetooth pairing memory. This can be helpful if you notice your unit exhibiting any connection or dropout issues.

1. Press and hold the Bluetooth and Volume Down buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds
2. The status light on top of the unit will begin blinking green/blue indicating a successful reset
3. The unit will then go back to standard pairing mode (status light blinks blue) after the reset has completed
