Tried to update firmware on G-17, but update fails or page won't load?

This is usually cause by network bandwidth issues or firewall issues. Here are a few steps to help with the firmware update process:

1. Turn off all other devices on your WiFi network.
2. Connect the computer you are using to update the G-17 with a Cat5 cable to your router and turn off the computer’s WiFi. This will eliminate any bandwidth issues. So the only 2 things that should be on your network are the G-17 and your computer.
3. Make sure no other applications are open on your computer.
