Connect Plus Broadcast/TWS Mode Issues

I don't see my speaker when trying to use Broadcast mode

Please first check to see if the speakers you're attempting to pair via Broadcast mode are compatible.  

Speakers compatible with Broadcast mode are as follows:

• Music City Austin, Music City Nashville & Music City Detroit portable speakers
• The One Plus & The Three Plus tabletop speakers

Speakers compatible with Music City Party Broadcast mode are as follows:

• Music City Party Miami, Music City Party Vegas, Music City Party New York

Note:  For the Music City Party speakers, broadcast mode is only compatible with other Music City Party speakers.  Music City Party speakers cannot be paired to other standard Broadcast Mode models.  

If your speakers are Broadcast Mode compatible and you're still experiencing issues, please be sure to check the following: 

• The speaker is powered on
• The speaker is not already in a Broadcast/Stereo (TWS) session. 
• Your phone's Bluetooth is turned on

If your speaker is already in Broadcast or True Wireless Stereo (TWS) mode, here's how to exit: 

Standard Broadcast Mode (Austin, Nashville, Detroit):

• Broadcast - Hold the Bluetooth and Plus buttons for > 1 sec
• True Wireless Stereo - Hold the Bluetooth and Minus buttons for > 1 sec

Music City Party Broadcast Mode (Vegas, Miami, New York): 

Click the Connectivity,(# 16) button 1 time
