Cinema-1200 random issues

My Cinema-1200 performs excellent when it works.  However, it will randomly choose not to power on when the TV (Samsung QLED) is turned on, and then the only way to turn it on is to unplug and then plug in the power cable.

Has anyone else seen this problem?
