Heresy II v Forte IV

I have an old pair of Heresy II's.  I was thinking of replacing them with the Forte IV.  Hard to find a place to listen to the Fortes' first before buying.  Has anyone moved from older Heresy speakers to the new Forte IV?  Is the upgrade worth it? what is/are the most noticeable differences?
