    Hello Richard,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Klipsch Community. The issue you are describing is not a known one to Klipsch, but we have some things for you to try. It seems like the subwoofer is not getting enough power to simultaneously emit sound and the LED. Have you attempted to plug the subwoofer directly into the wall, as opposed to a power strip? If it is already plugged into the wall, see if there is another outlet to try.
