multiple bluetooth klipsch products
AnsweredThree RSB-11 Soundbars and a set of The Fives; various spaces through the house, gameroom and boat. How do I get source devices to move from one to another without 'forget device' every time? Tried calling by phone many times no answer, no answer via email from product support - sad customer service for sure. Appreciate any suggestions

Hello Jim,
Our sincerest apologies for the delayed response via email and phone, we are experiencing very high volume of traffic at this time. You should be able to navigate which Bluetooth device you are connected to directly from your source device (ie phone or laptop). If you are connected to the RSB-11 and wanted to connect to the Fives instead, simply go into your Bluetooth settings menu and tap on "The Fives". If The Fives are turned on and in range, your source device should stop playing from the RSB-11 and connect to the Fives via Bluetooth.
If you have further questions or issues, please let us know.

Patrick - thanks so much for your reply; my apologies for my impatience this has been driving me nuts for a bit. Perhaps this is an iPhone issue. I'm not tech savvy but maybe I should ask if each RSB had it's own 'address" My problem is that the iPhone will only store/connect to one RSB-11 at a time...have to 'forget' the current RSB to move to another
Again, my apologies and I appreciate your reply
Jim

Jim,Thank you for your patience. Both RSB-11 soundbars should have their own Bluetooth signal. This could be an issue with your phone, but you may try manually changing the name of one of the RSB soundbars to help the phone differentiate between the two bars. If you need more direct assistance, we strongly recommend you reach out to Product Support directly.
