Do these automatically cut out lower frequency (crossover) to the speaker when a subwoofer is connected?

There is very little info about this. I did find an article about The Fives powered speaker does this at 80hz but no word if the R41/R51 do this or not. 

Trying to make a informed decision about these bookshelfs before purchasing. Please help!!

  The R-51PM will not have an automatic crossover adjustment within the speakers when connecting a subwoofer. Because of this, connecting a subwoofer just significantly increases the low end signal in your mix.
