Cinema 1200 - Front and Rear Height Level Adjustment
How can I adjust my FHT and BHT levels?
Remote is not adjusting levels?
At this time, the Cinema 1200 physical remote has a bug, making it impossible to adjust the FHT and BHT levels. Our team is working diligently to get this issue resolved. However, there is a workaround.
Using the Klipsch Connect app, you should be able to adjust those levels on your Cinema 1200. To do so, download the Klipsch Connect app and follow these instructions to connect your bar - Cinema 1200 - Connecting to Klipsch Connect App
If you already have the Connect app downloaded, please ensure that you are running the latest version, which is 1.9.0 or greater. To view which version of the app you are running - open the app and, from the product home screen, tap the three lines located in the upper left hand corner. You will then tap on the 'About' section; the version you are currently running will be next to 'App Version:'.
Once you have successfully connected your Cinema 1200 to the app, you should land on the home screen below:
Click on the "Settings" icon to open up the page shown below.
Tap "Channel Levels" to open the levels page. Here, you can select the desired speaker on the left, and the volume level (dB) on the right. Select "Front Height" and adjust it to your desired level. Do the same with the "Rear Height" level.
