Icon SB 1 - Subwoofer Will Not Wirelessly "Pair" with the Sound Bar
If the subwoofer status light continues flashing and does not turn solid blue indicating a successful pairing:
- Move the subwoofer closer to the soundbar
- If other wireless devices nearby (i.e. baby monitors. cordless phones, WiFi routers, etc.), turn them off temporarily
- Turn both the soundbar and subwoofer off, then turn on again to initiate a new pairing sequence
If that does not work, try these steps to manually pair the subwoofer:
- Using the end of a paper clip (or similar small tool), lightly press in the button on the inside of the unmarked hole
- Note: This unmarked hole is directly to the left of the red "R" input (pictured above)
- Within 10 seconds, using the same small tool, lightly press in the button for 5 seconds on the back of subwoofer
- Note: Located directly below the "Factory Use Only" on the back of the subwoofer (pictured below)
The status indicator LED on the subwoofer should turn solid blue once it has successfully paired
