Can I change or cancel an order after it's been submitted?
Unfortunately, after an order has been submitted, we are unable to change order items, quantities, and delivery addresses.
Once submitted, orders cannot be canceled. If you do not want the item after receiving it, please place a return request HERE.
Any custom order placed on Klipsch.com will carry our standard warranty. Please visit https://www.klipsch.com/policies to review specific product warranty information. As part of your custom order, you will receive a digital proof for approval. Once approved, all sales are final and will be void of any returns or cancellations requested that fall outside our standard warranty.
