Since launching the app, we’ve received feedback of an issue that may cause the T5 True Wireless earphones to be unstable or inconsistent for some users. Therefore, we have made the decision to remove the app from the market until this issue is fully resolved.
We will continue to work tirelessly to get the firmware and experience to a standard we expect from Klipsch. Unfortunately, there is no set timeline at this point, but we expect the app to be available soon.
