Flexus 100/200 - If the Remote Isn’t Responding
If the remote is not controlling your Flexus sound bar.
- Make sure the remote has fresh batteries.
- Try the reconnect process -
- Make sure the Flexus bar is on
- Press and hold the Power and Bluetooth buttons together.
- The remote backlight will blink confirming connection.
If this doesn't connect the remote, try the process below.
- Hold the BT and Power buttons on the remote until the remote's backlight begins flashing
- Hold the bar's source button for 10-15 seconds until the bar reads out "BT Devices Cleared"
- The remote should no longer be flashing and will be connected to the bar.
If this doesn't help, try unplugging the bar from power for 20 seconds and then trying the remote pairing process again.
